1. Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the CLS Mindfulness @Work 21-Workday Challenge starting February 10, 2020.  

The challenge is designed to help participants develop and practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and productivity skills that are crucial in today’s workplace. You get access to an online portal where you learn about the habits and to the Hello Mindful App (Web, iOS, Android) for incorporating the habits easily into your workday. You may, however, use any paper journal instead of the app if you prefer.
 
The benefits of the challenge based on previous participants include:
  • Being calmer, feeling less stressed, and being more fulfilled!
  • Fostering working relationships and effective collaboration with others.
  • Increased ability to focus and get more accomplished in less time.
  • Paying attention to self-care and emotional well being so you can stay healthy and strong.
  • An in-depth knowledge of The Perfect 15-Minute Day Method and how to use the accompanying Hello Mindful App and/or paper journal to put the skills and techniques into daily use.
