CHBA members on GST/HST rebate for first-time buyers

1.Our company’s new home sales are down due since this measure was announced due to prospective buyers waiting for official implementation:
2.We have had to slow down construction since the FTHB GST Rebate was announced.
3.The FTHB GST Rebate is not impactful enough; it needs to be expanded to all buyers of new construction homes
4.The FTHB GST Rebate thresholds are too low for my regions and should be increased to $1.5M and $2.0M
