* 6. I support the best interest of Companions for Children and its fundraising efforts to provide children with volunteer adults who empower them to reach their full potential through a mentoring relationship.

I understand by filling out this form, I am committing to a sponsorship for the 2022 Caesar Fest on Sunday, September 25th, Downtown Minot and that no refunds will be made.

No payment by August 31st, will result in loss of sponsorship.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including COVID and weather) resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the fundraiser, you will be given the opportunity to transfer your sponsorship to a monetary donation or transfer it to the next fundraiser.
