Thank You for registering, You will need a laptop of your own with PSoC Creator software installed (see below). In case someone does not have a laptop, we will make sure to seat him/her with someone that can help. Development kits will be provided at the workshop.
Note: PSoC Creator runs only on Windows (MAC with VMWare etc. OK). If you are running WIN 8 or 8.1 please follow the instructions at this link to ensure that the USB drivers will work with PSoC Creator:

Software to Download and install prior to the workshop:
DOWNLOAD and INSTALL "PSoC Creator 3.1 Early Access"

It is vital that you download the software in advance, as there will be little or no time for downloading during the workshop.
Once you click on the file, you will be prompted to register, and after you register you will be allowed to download and install the software (the software is free). After software is installed, you are welcome to start it and have a look around. Do not be worried that something will "break", and you do not need an eval board to look around or even to build/compile projects. If you already have an earlier version of PSoC
Creator installed this will not overwrite it. You WILL need the early access version to access the BLE
component.
