2023 Stream Snorkeling Registration Form - August 18 Session I

Stream Snorkel with the Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program (AWSMP) will take place at J. Rocco's Creekside Grill, 7159 Route 28 Shandaken, NY.
Separate registration forms are required for each participant who wants to snorkel. Parents or guardians who are not snorkeling are not required to register, but are required to accompany their child(ren) throughout the event. Complete the below form to register for this event. After completing the form, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours containing additional information, a mandatory liability waiver, and photo release form.
Snorkeling sessions are 1.5 hours (includes check-in, safety and equipment guidance, and snorkeling), with two sessions on each day: 9:00am and 10:30am. Each session is limited to 15 participants. Please only register for one session so we can accommodate as many residents as possible.
Space is limited to Ashokan Watershed residents. Generally, the Ashokan Watershed overlaps the towns of Shandaken, Olive, Woodstock, and Hurley in Ulster County, and Lexington and Hunter in Greene County. Participants must be at least 8 years of age or older to snorkel, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Please leave your pets at home.
