CLI Resume Collect for Diverse Law Students

The Center for Legal Inclusiveness brings Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) solutions to the legal community. Based in Denver, Colorado, since 2007 we have been the premier organization supporting legal workplaces in their EDI efforts. Through Symplicity and Survey Monkey, we are engaging in a Resume Collect for diverse law students. These applications will be shared with our member organizations.

The Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI) is providing a resume collection program for diverse law students. The information in this application will be shared with CLI's member firms. This resume collect does not guarantee a job and/or an interview.

CLI is located in Denver, Colorado, where most of its member firms have an office. Many member firms also have offices nationwide. In your personal statement please specify: (1) prefer a position in Denver; (2) prefer a position located elsewhere; (3) open to all locations.

For the purpose of this application, the definitions "Diverse" or "Diversity" include: Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ+.

Potential topics may include: Why you want to practice law; the role of diversity in your life and/or legal experience; why you may be a good candidate, and any other information you believe the employer should know, including but not limited to information pertaining to grades, extracurricular activities, and your short and long term goals.
