Pandemic Testimonials Survey

The National Center for Healthy Housing has heard from some Congressional offices that they are looking for testimonials or stories about organizations and services that are working to continue to provide healthy homes services during the COVID-19 pandemic, or that are unable to provide services during this time. If you would like to provide a testimonial, please answer the questions below.

We are requesting that everyone provide contact information for our own tracking purposes, but if you would prefer to remain anonymous when we are sharing these stories with Congressional offices and others, we will share only your testimonial with no identifying information (including name, organization, and location).
