I hereby grant the Warrnambool City Council and its collaborators, the right, but not the obligation, to incorporate the video footage described above in its video production “Oceanarium”.
I understand that my footage may be edited or altered in the creation of the final video production, and that by participating in the Oceanarium project any film footage that I submit will be subject to a non-exclusive licence for the Oceanarium project to exercise all rights in all media throughout the world in perpetuity for non-commercial purposes.
While allowing the Warrnambool City Council and its collaborators to use this footage for the “Oceanarium” project, I still hold the copyright for my original footage, and this agreement does not restrict the sale or distribution of this footage to any third-parties of my choosing.
In consideration of my licence of rights, the Oceanarium project will provide me with an appropriate acknowledgement for use of my footage.
