Ensuring quality and innovation in our services and throughout our work helps us deliver services you are satisfied with and that we are proud of.

Since we place great importance on the quality of our services, we constantly measure, challenge and improve this quality. By reviewing quality performance and improvement areas and publishing the results, we make ourselves accountable to the patients and communities we serve.

We are in the process of developing our priorities for quality improvement in 2015/16 which complement the goals we have set ourselves in the Trust quality strategy click here.

We have developed started to develop a list of quality improvements and we welcome your views on which we should prioritize for 2015/16.

Our priorities will be linked (2 each) to our 3 quality strategy campaigns. The campaigns are A Positive Patient Experience, Preventing Harm and Smart Effective Care.

Some of our senior clinicians have already suggested quality account priorities and we would therefore like you to choose, from the following survey, the quality improvement you feel is most relevant within each campaign from their initial suggestions.

Importantly we would also like you to suggest other quality objectives you think we should consider.

Closing date of survey Friday 10 April.
