Church Life Event Interest Survey

The Church Life Committee is interested in your feedback regarding fellowship events and activities at Calvary Lutheran Church.  Please take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire so that we can research and plan activities that are of interest to our church family.   Please reply no later than April 18.
