Hi everyone,

Hope all is well and your exams aren't too brutal.

Some of you will be finishing your first Trimester break and be returning to part-time hours. If this is you please submit the start date and hours for Trimester 2 working arrangements.
 
For those of you still under a Semester system this survey will remain open until the end of June 2019.  Please ensure that you respond back to this survey before the end date of the Full-Time hours that was submitted. This will ensure that payroll can update your roster in time and prevent over or under payment when your roster changes.  
As a reminder, part time hours are minimum 14 hours and maximum 35 hours per week (minimum 3 hours/day)

Please check, recheck and recheck (just once more!) that you are providing the correct details prior to submitting the survey. This prevents over or underpayment and additional work for payroll to reconcile incorrect payments.

Note that if you do not respond back by the deadline we are required to freeze your roster and payment.
