The Second Harvest Summer Feeding Program provides free meals and snacks to low-income children during the summer months. The Summer Food Service Program is a United States Department of Agriculture funded program administered at the state level by the Department of Education. This survey ensures that we identify strong summer partnerships across our network. To participate in the Summer Food Service Program, your agency must be a federal tax exempt agency. The following questions will help determine your agency's eligibility for program participation.
