Gateway is conducting a survey to collect information about your use of Electronic Medical Records. There are six survey questions and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the entire survey. Practices that complete the survey will be entered in a drawing for a gift basket.
The questions in the survey are geared toward the physicians experience with EMR during an office visit. Please have a physician in the practice complete this survey if possible.
