Welcome to the Training & Experience Evaluation for the

The Emergency Management Coordinator/Instructor I examination is being given on a Continuous Departmental Open basis. Training & Experience Evaluation – Weighted 100% of the final score. To obtain a position on the eligible list, a minimum score of 70% must be received.
This examination consists of uploading a Standard State Application (STD. 678) and completing a Training and Experience Evaluation. The STD. 678 must be submitted through your CalCareers account.
Please note: Your exam package will be considered complete only after both the Exam Supplemental and Standard State Application (STD 678) are submitted. The STD 678 must be submitted through CalCareers, and the Exam Supplemental through SurveyMonkey, Processing cut-off dates are determined only after both items have been received.
You must click the 'Next' button on the bottom of the current page to save any completed work. On the final page of the online examination process there will be a 'SUBMIT' button. Once you hit 'SUBMIT' you will be submitting your application as completed and will not be able to go back to your application submission at a later time.
