City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Disability Access and Inclusion Survey

Disability Access and Inclusion issues affect all of us at some point in our lives. People can experience difficulties accessing information, services, buildings, facilities and events on a daily basis.

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is currently reviewing its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan for the next 5 years and would like your thoughts on how to make our city a more inclusive and accessible place for everyone who lives or visits here.

By completing the survey you will be providing the City with valuable information to improve disability access and inclusion in our community. The results of the survey will be included in the new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.

This information is available in alternative formats on request. Please contact The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder on (08) 9021 9600 for further details.
