Pre-Engagement Assessment

Strategic Growth Group provides mission-driven organizations with support and expertise to develop innovative and pragmatic solutions that enhance their mission and promote long-term sustainability. We ask all prospective clients to complete the following assessment, which takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete. All results will remain confidential.

Based on methodology developed by Strategic Growth Group, the results will allow us to: 1) assess the greatest opportunity for organizational impact; 2) determine which organizations we are best positioned to serve based on alignment with our expertise and services; and 3) help us understand how your organization perceives itself.

This assessment gathers information about the operational needs of your organization. Please answer the questions openly and honestly – this is the best way for us to learn how we can support you. There are no right or wrong answers. You are welcome to fill this out collaboratively and leverage the experience of your team.

Note: We recommend reviewing the entire application, drafting the open-ended questions in a Word document and then copying the answers into the survey tool when you are ready to submit. Answers are saved automatically when the respondent hits "next." If necessary, respondents may complete a portion of the application and return to it at a later time. Please note that the respondent must use the same computer they started the survey on in order for the information to be saved.
