Dear colleagues

On Positive Education Day we encourage schools across Australia and beyond to celebrate by "colouring their threads for PosEd", wearing colourful clothes to make wellbeing visible in schools.

We were delighted with the level of engagement and enthusiasm of schools across Australia and beyond on Positive Education Day in 2020.

Thank you to the schools that collected donations on the day, which will be applied towards funding scholarships for up to 4 teachers from disadvantaged schools to attend the PESA 2021 Australasian Wellbeing in Conference. (This is in addition to the 5 teachers awarded scholarships to attend the 2020 Conference which was unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic.)

Scholarships include:

- full conference registration
- 2 nights' accommodation
- travel allowance of up to $200

Please complete the form below to apply for a scholarship. You do not need to be a PESA member to apply but you must be employed by a school in Australia that serves a disadvantaged community (typically with an ICSEA of <1000).

As our conference has been postponed, applications have been extended to 21July 2021. All applications will be considered by our committee and successful applicants will be advised by early August.
