CJK, a CST Platinum Partner, has prepared this survey to explore the services delivered by central Trust Estates teams — from core transactions to strategic value — to understand how Estates functions are evolving across the sector.
The survey should be completed once per Trust by, or on behalf of, the most senior person responsible for the Estates function. It is not intended for SATs or maintained schools.
All responses will be treated as confidential and will only be accessed by the research team.
The findings will inform a CJK white paper, developed in partnership with CST, and will be shared at the CST Annual Conference in October.
