In collaboration with Stokes County Schools, YVEDDI Head Start, Forsyth Tech, the Children's Center of NWNC, and YMCA Camp Hanes.
Stokes Partnership for Children (SPC) will celebrate the national Week of the Young Child with the twentieth annual Little Folks Festival . The purpose of the Week of the Young Child is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs, especially programs and services that help a child enter school ready to succeed. Do you provide a service for young children and families? Then we invite you to join us! We will provide you with a table(s) and chairs. When setting up your table, please consider how your program/services help prepare a child for a successful future, especially in the areas of family support, health, early literacy and early care and education.
