Youth Homelessness Community Specialist Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the position. In addition to this position reporting to a Project Manager at the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP), this position will also receive daily support and supervision from staff at the community host site. All survey forms will be reviewed, and potential candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview with a representative from CAAP as well as the community host site. 5.This position is funded through a grant with the goal to hire young adults ages 18–24. Are you currently within this age range?(Required.)
