Cowlitz Tribe Community Wellness Garden Produce Box Registration

The CIT Community Wellness Garden, located at Cowlitz Tribal Housing in Toledo, will be providing fresh, organic produce to members of the tribal community again this summer. We will be distributing produce as it becomes available. Our goal is to allow as many tribal members as possible access to these vegetables and fruits.
This year, individuals eligible to receive produce include:
All Cowlitz Tribal Members
Native Elders
Native households experiencing food insecurity
We will be distributing produce in Vancouver, Ridgefield, Longview, Toledo, Lakewood, Federal Way, Dupont, and Lacey.
Please complete the below information to be added to our distribution list. We will contact you 1-3 days before distribution to see if you are interested in picking up a bag of produce. If you have any questions, please contact garden@cowlitz.org or (360) 295-1570. Thank you!
