DHS/CISA
COVID-19 Survey

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leadership is attempting to gather information from all of the critical infrastructure sectors about the effects you are facing from COVID-19. If you would, please take 2-3 minutes to review and answer the questions below.
1.What current or anticipated impacts, if any, is your sector experiencing or expecting from COVID-19?
2.What assistance does your sector need from the federal government?
3.Are there any critical supply issues that you are monitoring?
4.Would you be able to sustain potential workforce shortages while maintaining essential functions?
5.Do you anticipate any challenges or shortfalls with implementing social distancing measures such as increased teleworking?
6.What level of reliance does your sector have on supplies of personal protective equipment as part of normal business operations (e.g., N95 respirators for manufacturing or construction), which may be constrained during a pandemic?
7.Is your sector considering sequestering employees away from their families - i.e., self-quarantine/isolation and to prevent or limit transmission?
8.Is your sector moving certain employees out of rotation from the workplace as reserve teams/shifts (i.e., if a company has 4 shifts working 8-hours against a 24x7 manufacturing operations cycle, then maybe they adjust to 12-hour shifts and rotate out an entire shift crew as a reserve force)?
9.Is your sector planning for family support/care if employees are asked to sequester from their families or change rotations?
10.At what level of simultaneous absenteeism would members of your sector be concerned about ability to maintain essential functions?
