* 13. CPC13 is billed as the world's first time management contract, it aims to achieve this through its Dynamic 'Working Schedule' (DWS). Unlike other forms the DWS is a live document, owned and modified by the 'Project Time manager', released regularly to the projects listed stakeholders. As a live document, is DWS an improvement over other standard forms of contract documents?

* 14. The 'Contractors Pricing Document' is the platform for CPC13's Cost Management. It is provided by the contractor at the beginning of each project. It defines the quantity and cost of all staff, labour, materials, plant and 'levels of effort' required for all activities listed in the Dynamic Working Schedule and Method Statement. Will the direct link with the project programme and a greater level of transparency for resources and costs (beyond the current standard forms) lead to better cost management on complex projects?

CPC13s Risk Management Processes includes an Early Warning System and Risk Register, beyond this the ownership of risk is allocated in terms of time, and/or cost between the Employer/Contractor. Do you believe breaking down risk ownership and accountability for time/cost is a benefit over other forms of contract?

* 16. CPC13 aims to resolve issues, disputes and differences of opinion immediately or within 5 Business Days of notice. If not accepted, matters are automatically referred to the principal expert for Determination, with the process being completed within 30 days. Do you think this will this bring a swifter resolution to disputes compared to other forms of contract?

* 17. CPC13 is the first contract to incorporate BIM provisions within its clauses, JCT stating they will not be adding BIM provisions and the NEC offering advice on how to include BIM in its current suite. Does this provide a benefit over other standard forms of contract?
