CIL is a global strategy consulting firm primarily serving private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

As an advisor to the industry, we are committed to ensuring diversity within our own firm and helping to build diversity across the sector.

With this in mind, we are undertaking a survey to better understand the experiences of women working in M&A, and to identify best practices to help us all improve gender diversity.
