We are very excited to have you be a part of Christmas in Coloma on  Saturday and Sunday, December 7 and 8 from 10 am - 4 pm - rain or shine. We are looking for vendors with unique items that fit with our theme of an old fashioned Christmas (please no press-on nails, make-up, essential oils, etc.). 

We are looking for vendors who can commit to the entire weekend. Special arrangements might be possible if you wish to vend on a single day. Space is limited, so apply early.

Limited spots are available for small food vendors.

Set up must be done by 9 am and you may not break down until the event is finished. This is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine. No electrical outlets are available to vendors. Generators must be approved ahead of time.

You are responsible for protecting your equipment and goods.The GDPA assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or missing personal property of vendors. You must provide your own booth, pop ups, tables, etc.

The booth fee is $50 for the 2-day event.
Payment is required upon acceptance of your application. You will be notified within 3 days of submitting your application if you have been accepted. Please make checks payable to GDPA and mail to: PO Box 461, Coloma, CA  95613.

Seller's Permit must be displayed or readily available in booth.
I hereby apply for a booth space and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, rules, regulations and limitations herein, which include, but are not limited to the following:
  • My booth space will not exceed 10x10 feet.
  • Set up will be completed before 9 am on the day of the event and will not be broken down until after 4 pm.
  • I agree no pets will be kept in my booth.
  • I agree that the Gold Discovery Park Association or Marshall Gold State Historic Park has the right to request removal of any inappropriate items.
  • I will keep items not on sale tastefully concealed.
  • I agree that all decisions made by the Gold Discovery Park Association are final.
  • All vendors are required to stay until the end of the event, rain or shine.
