VPD 2018 Community Interest Application
We are pleased to invite non-profit community interest groups and organizations to participate in the Vail School District's Nineteenth Annual Vail Pride Day celebration. The event will be held on Saturday, February 17th, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pima County Fairgrounds. Community Interest groups will be assigned space to display information about their organization, but, you may not sell or give away any items that may interfere with the fundraising sales. No pop up tests are permitted, if your booth space is indoors. This includes but is not limited to food and water. However, you will be allowed to give away candy. Community Interest groups may not be utilized to promote any for profit purposes or services.
Reminders for VPD 2018: Rental space for community interest groups will include 1 table and two chairs at the cost of $25.00, additional tables are available at $15.00 per table. If you choose to be outside and not utilize our tables you will still need to pay the rental space fee of $15.00. If you choose to be outside and utilize our tables, the rental space fee will be $25.00. Also, tablecloths will not be provided; please plan to bring your own.
Community interest groups will be in Old Pueblo Hall or Central Park. Displays must be manned and may not be removed until 4:00 p.m.

* PLEASE NOTE: ALL PLANNED BOOTH ACTIVITIES AND GAMES MUST BE DETAILED IN BOOTH DESCRIPTION BELOW. ALL ACTIVITIES/ GAMES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE COMMUNITY INTEREST CHAIR, AS THEY CANNOT CONFLICT WITH FUNDRAISING BOOTH ACTIVITIES.

THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF COMMUNITY INTEREST SPACES AVAILABLE, AND THESE WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. THE APPLICATION WILL CLOSE WHEN ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED.
