Welcome to the Coffs Harbour City Council Library Service Survey

Coffs Harbour City Council has three libraries: the Harry Bailey Memorial Library in the city centre, and two smaller branch libraries at Woolgoolga and Toormina. The Harry Bailey Memorial Library and Regional Gallery are co-located in the Duke Street premises.

Currently constrained by limited space, the Harry Bailey Memorial Library will be re-imagined as our plans progress for the new Cultural and Civic Space in the CBD's Gordon Street. We are currently reviewing our library service in order to use this once-in-a-generation opportunity to design new spaces and services for our diverse communities.

Whether you currently use our library service, or have never used it, we welcome your ideas and suggestions. Your feedback will help us design a contemporary library service that will meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
