WFRC Autumn Child and Family Programming Survey

All programs offered by Wilmot Family Resource Centre follow the guidelines from the government as well as Region of Waterloo Public Health. Guidelines and policies in place for each program will be available on our website prior to each program.

Some of the safety measures and protocols that you can expect in our programming:

- pre-registration for programs

- limits on the number of participants as well as cohorting when applicable

- daily health screenings for all participants and staff

- masks required for all staff and adults

- enhanced cleaning protocols

We want to know what kind of programming is most important to you and your family so that we are able to prioritize community needs and develop programs to meet these needs at this time. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey and provide your input!
