Thank you for participating in the Canadian Hemophilia Society's (CHS) Strategic Planning Process, your perspective is very important in creating the vision for the future of the CHS so that we can continue to provide valuable programs and services to the individuals with inherited bleeding disorders.

We need your input to help us plan for the future, to overcome challenges and enhance the positives.
