Year 2025 - Let Your Voice Be Heard!

Cambridge Memorial Hospital in Furnas County, NE is working together to update a comprehensive community-wide 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify unmet health needs. To gather current area feedback, a short online survey has been created to evaluate current community health needs and delivery. NOTE: Please consider your answers to the survey questions as it relates to ALL healthcare services in our community, including but not limited to our local hospital.
