The Gender Wage Gap and Wealth Accumulation

Help The Women's Fund understand the gender wage gap landscape- from your perspective! We are collecting qualitative data to complement our upcoming quantitative research on the wage gap and wealth accumulation in Cincinnati.

For the purposes of this survey, when we talk about the gender wage gap we are referring to the phenomenon by which women earn less than men. We understand that there are many factors influencing this gap including education levels, occupation choice, and race to name a few. If you would like to include these elements in your story please feel free! We also understand that you may have never experienced the wage gap- we want to hear your stories too!
