Community Perception Survey
North Tonawanda Parks
The goal of this survey is to collect information on the parks of North Tonawanda and certain ways youth use the parks. Your survey will help the CHANT coalition in planning its next steps. Your help is entirely optional, and you can stop this survey at any point. The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to finish and is anonymous. No details are needed that could connect your answers to your identity.
