In the past, these grant funds have been used to increase accessibility for the handicapped and improve the City's Family Resource Center at Iglesia Park. In addition to these improvements, future funds can also be utilized for services for the disabled, elderly, and low- and moderate-income residents, as well as improving public facility and infrastructure in qualified areas of the City.
