* 8. In your honest opinion, in terms of physical fitness, how prepared did you feel to meet the demands of the match and perform at your best while officiating at the highest level you were assigned this season?

N/A - I did not referee this season

I did not prepare as diligently as I could have. The speed of play has increased and I struggled at times to keep up with play.

I was able to survive but was not at my best. I should be fitter and know that would help me to perform better

I consider myself in good physical fitness, I keep up with the play consistently, and generally do not think that fatigue was a factor is my factor in my performances

I am quite fit and was more than capable of keeping up with the speed of play for the full duration of every match I was assigned this season

I see little to no reason or relevance

There are many other factors that influence referee performance and capability

I feel this is significant and that achievable measures should be in place

This is a crucial. Match officials are a part of bringing the sport to a higher level, and we have a responsibility to meet the high standards that the game requires nowadays
