2026 Homeschool Registration Form

2026 Children's Gnangara Groundwater Festival

This form is for homeschool families to register their Year 4, 5 and 6 students for the 2026 Children's Groundwater Festival at Whiteman Park on Wednesday 4 November*.

Successfully registered students will then be notified of their place in early July and you'll receive an invoice for $16.00 per student to secure your spot. Students will be allocated to a Homeschool Festival Class of up to 20 students who will work together on the day of the Festival.

If you represent a homeschool group, please ask individual families to register and identify your homeschool group. We will endeavor to allocate all members of a group to the same Festival Class.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • The Children’s Groundwater Festival is strictly for students aged 9–12 years (ie., Year 4 – Year 6).
  • The Festival costs $16.00 per student and invoices will be sent to successful registrations in July.
  • A responsible parent or guardian must remain for the duration of this program (at no charge). This is not a drop and leave activity.
  • Older or younger siblings cannot join in activities or free time. We recommend they do not accompany registered children on the day.
  • Registration for Homeschool Festival Class closes on Friday 19 June, 2025.
