Specialty Beverage Recipe Competition Entry Form |
Submit a cognitive neuroscience inspired speciality beverage recipe for a chance to win a $75 gift card! Please note that you will be asked to make your beverage live for attendees to try and vote for during the 22nd Annual Neuropsychology Day Social. However, if you are camera shy, that's okay--you can still enter your recipe in the competition.
Deadline to enter: May 1st, 2021
Competition Rules:
-Must be a beverage recipe (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
-Must have a scientific or research-inspired name
-Must include a funny caption/description, list of ingredients and instructions!
-Must include at least one Quebec product
-Must include the name of the author(s) and their affiliations

Example submission
Recipe Name-“Somebody-Love-Reviewer-Number-two”
Description: Bitter-sweet cocktail, made without love but a lot of sweat.
Harsh at first, might just need a bit of sweetness.
Ingredients:
-1/2 Grapefruit (not the better half)
-Gin (2 ounces) – (we recommend discovering the selection of gins from Quebec)
-Ginger root (1 ounce)
-1 cup of Boiling water (that’s where the sweat comes from!)
-Quebec honey (optional)
-Decorative: branch of pine tree
Instructions
Infuse grapefruit and ginger. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add gin and honey to taste. Decorate with pine tree branches.
