Hereditary GI  & Pancreatic Cancer Programs

Hereditary GI Cancer Centers and Pancreatic Surveillance Programs provide comprehensive services for those who may be at an increased risk of cancer based on family history or genetics.  

We invite members from CGA-IGC, InSiGHT, EHTG and LA-GETH to complete this short questionnaire and your Expert Center will be added to the CGA-IGC 'Find a Clinic' map and the downloadable list on our website. 

The first part of the questionnaire is for Hereditary GI Cancer Programs. The second part of the questionnaire is for Pancreatic Cancer Surveillance Programs.

You must be a member of one of these societies to list your center.  More info about CGA-IGC membership here.

This resource allows patients & their families find a center with the expertise needed to diagnose and care for individuals with hereditary GI cancer syndromes, no matter where they live in the world.
