About the event:
Observed in Mexico and throughout the world in early November, Day of the Dead is a time for family and friends to remember loved ones who have passed. Traditions include parades and the construction of private altars using sugar skulls, marigolds, and favorite foods in memory of those we’ve lost.
We invite you to learn about this culturally rich holiday by joining us on Sunday, November 1 from 1-3pm, for a free, family-friendly festival -- an ACP tradition for over 20 years! We’ll create crafts inspired by traditional Mexican folk art, decorate sugar skulls, enjoy live music, create a community altar, and more.
Thank you to the Princeton Shopping Center for sponsoring this event.
