2016 Mayor's Neighborhood Conference Questionnaire

Welcome to the 2016 Mayor's Neighborhood Conference questionnaire. The neighborhood conference will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Monona Terrace. The neighborhood conference is an opportunity for residents, the business community, and stakeholders to come together to learn, share, and network about ways to make neighborhoods great places to live and do business in. Please help us plan for the event by completing this questionnaire by Friday, April 15, 2016.
