Our school has been selected by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to participate in a grant called Connect for Success. This grant will provide the school with the opportunity to replicate practices and strategies implemented by some high performing Colorado schools in an effort to increase the academic achievement of students in our school.
As part of this grant, CDE is gathering information from parents, teachers, administrators, students, and support staff on their perceptions of the school. We are inviting you to give input by completing this survey questionnaire.
Your responses will help CDE better support our school. Your responses will not be used to evaluate the teachers or school staff. No identifying information about you is requested and your participation is voluntary. If you choose not to participate or stop the survey at any time, there will be no penalty.
