2018 Community Needs Survey for Pregnancy, Birth, and Early Parenting

Nurture is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to improving the health and well-being of RVA's childbearing families through fitness, education, social support, and community engagement. #RVAbreastfeeds is a local breastfeeding coalition that is coordinated under Nurture's umbrella. 

To help us better understand the local environment that surrounds pregnancy, birth, and early parenting (birth - 2 years of age), we are seeking input from childbearing families in RVA, and professionals who work with childbearing families, via this brief survey. Your responses will assist us in understanding existing resources and unmet needs in our community, so that we and our partners can develop strategies and programming that are responsive to those needs.

This survey consists of 11 questions and will take approximately 9 minutes to complete. You may leave this survey at any time and come back to it later if need be. It should pick up where you leave off.

There will be an opportunity at the end of the survey to sign up for Nurture's email newsletter and/or the #RVAbreastfeeds Healthy Community Action Team updates.
