Glove Cities Tuesday yoga class schedule survey (for GENTLE and YOGA FOR ANY BODY classes)

I am aiming to add a 'gentle yoga' class to the schedule starting in November 2026. The class will be limited in size to start (6 students). Just as the current classes are designed, the gentle class will still be unique each session, will incorporate pranayama, mudras, and will offer silent shavasana in a rotation. The differences will include:
1) no kneeling poses
2) reduced number of standing poses with weight on bent knees
3) judious use of a chair for seated poses
4) other stuff I can't think of right this minute!

We still will get on the floor for supine and prone poses. We still will use blocks and a strap as props.

My preference is to offer this class on Tuesday either before or after the current 5-6pm class. Adding the class may alter the time of that class a bit. If you are interested in a gentle yoga class or if you have strong opinions about the time of either the regular class or the gentle class, please take this survey!
1.Please choose one of the following (if none of these apply to you, please send me an email (glovecitiesyoga@gmail.com) and let me know what you are thinking!)
2.What is your time preference for a GENTLE yoga class? This class will be held on Tuesday and will be 1 hour long. (Choose all the apply for you.)
3.What is your time preference for a YOGA FOR ANY BODY class (this is the current class type)? This class will continue to be held on Tuesday and will continue to be 1 hour long. (Choose all the apply for you.)
4.If you do not currently receive the Glove City Yoga (GCY) weekly emails and would like to, please enter your email address. (The weekly email provides the week's schedule and a link to register for classes.)
Thank you for your thoughtful completion of this survey. It will help me serve you and our community in a more meaningful manner.

If you have suggestions and/or constructive criticism for any classes, please send me an email at glovecitiesyoga@gmail.com. I would love to serve you better!

Namaste.
