Engage 2027 Call for Proposals

Proposal Application

On behalf of ACA, thank you for taking the time to consider submitting a proposal for Engage 2027, January 21-23 in Arlington, VA. Please review the proposal guidance before you start your proposal.
Use this form to prepare and submit your educational proposal. The deadline to submit a proposal is June 14, 2026. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted for review.
1.PRESENTATION TITLE (Maximum 10 words)(Required.)
2.PRESENTATION SUMMARY - Provide a clear summary/description of the education session content. The summary will be used in conference promotions. (300 words or less)(Required.)
3.COURSE BREAKDOWN - List the hourly breakdown of topics to be presented during your session. Include estimated length of time per topic. CE eligible courses must contain a minimum of 50-minutes of educational content.(Required.)
4.LEARNING OBJECTIVES - Include 3-5 measurable learning objectives that describe what learners should be able to do upon completion of this course.
5.CONTENT REFERENCES - Provide five (5) content references that support your presentation. References should be published within the last 10 years.(Required.)
6.SESSION FORMAT - Select your desired session format. Session formats are not guaranteed.

8.PAST SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS - List past speaking engagements within the past 10-years. YouTube and/or social media links can be included. (Required.)

10.CV UPLOAD - Upload curriculum vitae (CV) No more than two (2) pages in Word or a PDF format. Include a 2-page CV for co-presenter as well. (File upload limit 16MB)(Required.)
