2018 vaaeyc Annual Conference CFP

The Virginia Association for the Education of Young Children (vaaeyc), formerly VAECE, is an organization comprised of early childhood educators, parents, policy makers and other child advocates who are concerned and actively involved in serving on behalf of the needs and rights of young children. An annual conference is held to bring together these individuals in order to enhance the quality of education for young children. We invite you to share your expertise, research and experience with others at our 2018 conference.

Proposals must be submitted by August 15, 2017.

When submitting a proposal, please keep the following in mind:

1. Sessions will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. No A/V or technology related equipment or services will be provided. Projectors, cords, internet, etc...are NOT provided by vaaeyc. If your session requires them, you will need to make your own arrangements. Screens will be provided, but any other AV can not be guaranteed.  If your session must have AV, please plan to provide your own.  If you would like to request access to shared projectors, please note on form.

3. Selling products or services is prohibited during sessions. Proposals that include a highlighted product will be considered for a session, however the session should address the best practice the product supports.

4. The form can not be modified once submitted. Please be prepared to complete the entire submission in one sitting.
