Community Foundation Final Grant Report

Introducing a new grant evaluation process!  Across the state, we are seeing Foundations move towards a conversation with grantees, rather than a formal final grant report.  This removes the component of time consuming, cumbersome reporting on behalf of our grantees, and continues to build a relationship of trust and learning between our two organizations.  The information we gather from this new process will allow us to learn more about your organization and programs, as well as how we can improve our processes.  The only physical documentation required, is a budget and program pictures.  Please submit below.  Reach out to Danielle@oceanafoundation.org or 231-869-3377 with any questions.
