The City of Westland has teamed up with Community Connections to assess how friendly the city is to people of all ages. To help with that process, we would really appreciate it if you would complete the following survey. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
The questions in this survey are adapted from the Community for a Lifetime assessment from the Michigan Office of Services to the Aging. The purpose of the survey questions is to gather information for the assessment related to community members’ perceptions of various community livability factors.
This survey is completely voluntary. If you should come to any question that you don't want to answer, go on to the next question. Your identity as a participant and any information you provide will be kept confidential. The information provided will not be shared with anyone else and will only be used for the Community for a Lifetime assessment.
To participate in this survey, you should reside in Westland, Michigan. Please answer the questions in terms of how they apply to the City of Westland.
