Class Registration for Cage-Free Learning - Winter 2019

New/prospective Cage-Free Learning students must first fill out some background information.  If you have not, do that first here.

For more information about these classes, please see my website.

This application is for a 5-session course which will meet once a week for 5 weeks beginning between the week of February 11.  Session length is indicated below by course.

Cost for 5 sessions (see below for reduced prices):
* $235 for 1-hour classes
* $445 for 2-hour classes
* $610 for 3-hour classes
I serve all students who need more complexity, regardless of ability to pay.

Note that some are progressive classes; if your child misses a session, you will need to make arrangements to learn missed work before your child returns. A one-hour make up session will be provided without additional cost for the first missed class; additional make up sessions will incur a fee.

A free one-hour parent consultation is offered with each student's first class. This consultation is to discuss differentiation goals you can request from your child's school to improve your child's learning and overall school experience.

Also note that the Louisville classes are taught in my house, which is also home to two furry dogs. While the dogs will not be allowed where the class is held (even when class is not in session), and will not come in contact with the students, I cannot eliminate the possibility of an allergic reaction.

You will be notified about the result of this application within a week of filling out this application.
