Thank you for your interest in CFIN’s Connextions program!  

Mentees and mentors are accepted into the program on a cohort-basis. This is the first step towards your application to the Connextions program. After submitting this form, you will receive an email from a CFIN team member who will request further information.  The mentoring relationship is a 3-month virtual commitment for the mentor and mentee. At least two hours per month is expected from the mentor and mentee. By completing this form, you acknowledge the required time commitment. At the time of our next intake, you will be able to inform us of whether your schedule allows for this or not.
