Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Clinical Specimens and Resource Form

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is creating a resource for investigators to connect about non-CF Foundation run-biobanks and labs from various institutions. The goal is to widen the breadth of specimens and resources available for future research and collaboration.

Please complete the information below with as much detail as possible if you wish to include information about your biobank in this resource. The information will be added to the CF Foundation Resource Library on the CF Foundation website and shared with fellow investigators to use for future research.

Please note: this is an optional request; there is no expectation to complete or share this information with the CF Foundation.
