How Fit Are You?

Our joining process involves personal training. Based off of how fit you are (in your initial fitness assessment) we can determine how many sessions you need. However, usually over the phone we can get an idea already of what kind of shape you're in. This helps us to let you the client know how many sessions you'll be looking at doing before joining our classes. These are some of the questions we would ask in a telephone call.

Our standards to entry are higher than most, because we place a high value on safety, movement mastery, and habit development. Many people fail at making significant changes to their fitness through lack of support, and guidance. Our program is designed to give you those (and more) to ensure your maximum chance of long term success with your fitness.
